Traveling Puglia is beautiful, this hotel a never ever again!

Ms Francesca night shift reception was very kind but there was no much she could do to solve efficiently a guest request

Only one night stay luckily ! And never again.... Thank you for the survey but ..... To start with, the comfort of the beds or room size is absolutely irrelevant when you have to deal with loud noise from 8 pm to midnight . The noise from the stage located barely 50 Mts away is unbearable. The hotel is far from being a 4 stars, the facilities appearance is shabby, the Reception area looks untidy , clothes drying racks are all around the place displaying shamelessly all sorts of underwear , bathing suites etc, the room and corridors have very strong chemical smell, mold around the shower plate and very poor breakfast options served in a very tired "restaurant" just to say the least . It would be good if Booking.com could confirm somehow that the rooms being offered through their platform are not the oldest and/or in worse condition. ( those rooms not in the main building) We were transferred three times . Our first one due to the loudness of the show, we were suggested to move to a room in the main building with a faulty AC and after a while and finally, transferred to a 3rd room facing the stage but fortunatelly noise isolated and with a functional AC unit . It took 90 minutes to sort it out - the show was almost over . Lol Must say that Ms Francesca - night shift reception staff was very kind and did her best, nonetheless there was not a single technician to assist her in case of a mechanical disruption as a faulty AC in a very warm night Next morning no umbrellas were available at the restaurant for guest use during heavy rain - you wait or you get soaked .... In general the place is not appealing, the staff is undertrained and the level of English quite questionable which result in lot of frustration - the next morning the Reception staff . Mr Ricardo struggled while requested to provide a receipt - which took almost 10 minutes and several calls to end up being informed that would be sent via email -

Pool bar was fantastic! Pool bar staff were first class! Lovely pool area. Animation team work hard to entertain all guests, primarily kids. Shuttle bus to town & beach every day. Reasonable price for buffet lunch & dinner.

Reception bar very inflexible with availability. Food at dinner was lovely however could be a bit repetitive & was sometimes only lukewarm but expected of a buffet style dinner.

For the money I was expecting more.

The hotel is modern, clean, the staff are helpful and friendly and the location is close to Otranto and the beaches. The hotel also has a large car park.

We didn't like the swimming pool (booming music in the background), the breakfast buffet was disappointing with limited fresh fruit, the guest wifi signal in the room was poor and we found the beds a bit uncomfortable. Our main issue was that the last shuttle bus from the beach was at 6.30pm (end of August) which meant that we missed the best part of the day on the beach around sunset. The alternative was a 4km walk back to the hotel on a road with no pavements.
